White Sox Update: Jimenez, Roster Cuts, Moncada, Ruiz

Today marks the finale of the World Baseball Classic between The United States and Japan, as Tim Anderson, Lance Lynn, and Kendall Graveman will go to battle one last time.

Yesterday in camp, we saw the White Sox make their next wave of Spring Training roster cuts, Jose Ruiz commented on his WBC experience, and Lance Lynn discuss his conversation with the White Sox in which he asked to be allowed to close in the WBC.

White Sox provide more context to Yoan Moncada’s WBC injury

Yoan Moncada has bruise in rib area, Grifol said. It’s minor. “He’s good. If he were here and it meant something he would play today,” Grifol said.
Robert and Moncada flying in from WBC Tuesday, will rejoin team Wednesday.
